Can you tell us what you use Upani for?
I use Upani to control states of anxiety, mental overload and to be able to fall asleep.
Since when do you have trouble sleeping?
I've had sleeping problems almost forever, but they got worse when I started my job as a software engineer. When night comes it is difficult for me to relax and stop my mind (so to speak).
Have you gone to a specialist?
Yes, many times. Psychiatrists, psychologists, acupuncture, yoga, etc…
Have you used sleeping pills?
Yes, I have used Lorazepam for years to get to sleep. It was very difficult for me to give them up because they are very addictive and I realized that I needed higher doses each time.
What differences do you notice with Upani?
The difference with Upani is that in the seasons when I take Upani, if one day I don't take it because I forget or for whatever reason, I don't have the same effect that I had with Lorazepam. Basically forgetting the Lorazepam on a work or weekend trip meant zero minutes of sleep, with a subsequent horrible day due to not resting and anxiety.
Additionally, the quality of sleep I got with benzodiazepines was of poorer quality, because they reduce REM and deep sleep. With CBD I do not notice any of these adverse effects, it is all more natural and it has not generated any type of dependency in me.
At what other specific moments do you use Upani and how does it help you?
In times of stress at work or when I notice anxiety in general I take Upani more frequently.
What was the first thing you noticed when you started using Upani?
The truth is, I didn't notice an effect as immediate and obvious as with benzodiazepines, but I did notice a more natural relaxed state.
How long did it take you to find the right drops for you?
