Es aconsejable dejar el frasco en lugar fresco y oscuro. La forma más segura de garantizar que el aceite se mantiene fresco durante mucho tiempo es guardándolo en la nevera y protegerlo de la luz directa, la humedad y el calor.

Una vez abierto es recomendable utilizarlo en menos de 6 meses. Sin abrir, su caducidad es de 2 años siempre que lo guardes como te comentábamos anteriormente.

Si te estás iniciando en el uso del CBD, lo ideal es comenzar con una dosis suave, como un 10% de concentración, e ir incrementando poco a poco para observar cómo responde tu cuerpo.

Una regla general podría ser tomar 2 a 3 gotas tres veces al día. Con el aceite de Upani, dependiendo de la potencia elegida, la recomendación diaria suele oscilar entre 9 y 12 gotas repartidas en tres administraciones.
