How much are shipping costs?

To the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) 24H/48H: FREE of charge

To Balearic Islands 72h: 6,95€, from 100€ FREE.

To Europe: 72h: 9,99€.

To USA: 72h: 29,99€.

What is the delivery time?

Normally, your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 working days. However, due to the current situation we are going through, the delivery time could be extended up to 3 working days. If the order is placed during the weekend or a holiday, it will not be prepared until the next working day.

If after the deadline you have not received your order or a delivery notice, please contact us so that we can correct the problem as soon as possible.

Do we ship products outside Spain?

Yes, we ship products to several European countries such as Portugal, Italy, France, Switzerland, Holland, Germany, United Kingdom and Ireland.

*Update August 2022: We ship to USA for 29,90€.

Shipments to the Canary Islands

We do not ship products to the Canary Islands.

What methods of payment do we accept?

You can pay with most major credit and debit cards. We also accept:

- Bizum

- American Express

 Cash on delivery is not accepted.

I want to change the shipping address

If you have not yet received the email informing you that your order has left our facilities, and we will make the change.

10% discount code email

To get a 10% discount you must subscribe to our or to our Club.

You will receive the discount code (wait a bit and also check your junk mail). You must agree to receive marketing in order to receive discounts.

In addition, from 05/2021 when you sign up for our newsletter you will participate in the monthly drawing for a Luna Creciente.

Cancellations

- If your order has not left our facilities: please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it immediately.

- If it is already on its way: wait to receive it and return it. Once we have it back and we check that everything is ok, we will refund you the full amount.

If the order cannot be delivered up to two times, the product will be returned to our facilities. We will then refund the amount of the order, minus the shipping and return costs.

Política devoluciones

Can I return a product?

We accept the return of products within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that they have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Once received and we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will make the full refund through the same payment method you used to pay for the order. Do not worry, both the shipping and the return are at our expense.

The only thing we ask is that both the product and its packaging arrive in perfect condition; if not, we will not be able to reimburse you.
