Instructions for use

Insomnia / Premature awakening

Use between one hour and half an hour before going to sleep. It is always recommended to start with 3 drops and go up little by little until you find the minimum effective dose for each person. It is important to know that more drops does not mean more effect.

Anxiety and stress

In these cases it is recommended to use it also during the day. It is recommended to start with a few drops and work your way up until you find your minimum effective dose. As a starting point, it could be divided into 2 drops in the morning, 2 drops at noon and 3 at night. It is advised that the highest dose be at night to promote rest.

If you do not feel improvement, you can increase the number of drops. It is important to know that more drops does not mean more effect.

Muscle aches / headaches

CBD is a potent anti-inflammatory, hence it is effective for muscle pain and headaches. It is advisable to start with 3 drops and increase according to the needs of each person.

If pain persists, it is recommended to divide it throughout the day, morning, noon and night. Ideally, the highest dose should be at night to promote rest.

Menstrual pain

It is recommended to start with 3 drops to see how it works for each person. Each person has their own endocannabinoid system and therefore, it does not affect everyone in the same way. That said, if you find that 3 drops are insufficient, go up until you find the perfect dosage for you. It is important to know that more drops does not mean more effect.

You can use it during your period, but to avoid strong peaks of pain it is recommended to use it every day at least one week before menstruation. ¿Cuál es el período de caducidad del aceite de CBD y dónde lo guardo?

Es aconsejable dejar el frasco en lugar fresco y oscuro. La forma más segura de garantizar que el aceite se mantiene fresco durante mucho tiempo es guardándolo en la nevera y protegerlo de la luz directa, la humedad y el calor.
